• Prospective employers : Prospective employers inquiries regarding medical history, work performance, etc., will not be released unless the City employee has signed a waiver authorizing the release of such data.person to whom an employee or former employee has submitted an application for employment.
• Salary : The salary they expect to pay for a certain position may be lower or higher than the going rate.
• Expectations : We must have ability for society cohesion and leadership.
• Required skill sets :Skill is foremost thing which is required in every job. So, it's similar in our profession as well.
• Location : Location is important whether it is safe or not far from home or near or availablity of resources are sufficient for survival or not.

CHALLENGES

• Money : May be get few if we follow our passion. And we also trouble in donation. Like if we are pasionate for dancing so we have to enroll ourselves in dance academy, where we need donation. Like this there are lots of financial challenges in our feild of interest as well.
• Education: If we do not have degree or we get low marks. And education is not something orientate on marks or degree. There's should be something moral as well,if you do not have then you'll struggle.
• Skill sets : If we want to choose any profession or passion so we must have skill. Because an unskilled person can't be selected for future and can't even exist.
• Society and parential pressure : This is the biggest challenge for us. Whenever we go to follow our passion we trouble a lot. Like : If we want go for our feild of interest so we got some unwanted suggestions, comments regarding this. Sometimes they just becomes firefighter for us.
